4th of July

Claire's 1st 4th of July was fun - we were in San Antonio with Kate & Isaac; they have a son, Pierson who is 18 months old. He and Claire met for the first time. I think they will be pretty good buds in the future. She loved swinging in Pierson's swing so I guess that will be our next investment...

Feasting on cereal...

We introduced Claire to rice cereal last week and she LOVED it! Of course it was more fun for the two of us to watch... She would pull on the spoon and lean forward for her next bite! Since then she has become so interested in what is on our plates or in our glasses. Another few weeks and we will introduce some solids!
